The exhibition welcomes various import-export sectors including Trade in Services, Food and Agricultural Products, Automobile, Intelligent Industry & Information Technology, Consumer Goods, and Medical Equipment & Healthcare Products. This fourth edition of the event has brought in 3,000 offline exhibitors from 127 countries.

Cotecna’s booth shined bright with a contemporary design and 3-D display to present Cotecna’s full-service capabilities in the fields of Government and Trade Services, Agriculture, Food, Minerals & Metals, and Consumer Goods & Retail. It attracted a large number of visitors and generated good business leads.

Swiss Ambassador to China visited Cotecna Booth

On 5 November, Swiss Ambassador to China Mr. Bernardino Regazzoni, Consulate General of Switzerland in Shanghai Mr. Olivier Zehnder, Counsellor Mr. Yves Dominique Reymond, and Head of Economic Section of Swiss Consulate General in Shanghai Ms. Stella Nie visited Cotecna booth. Frank Pan, Vice President of Cotecna North Asia, along with the senior management, warmly received the guests and reported on the Group's latest progress in China.

Empowering Trade Facilitation

In facilitating trade and shaping a safer, more efficient and sustainable supply chain, Cotecna, as a leading TIC player, has been active in bringing cutting-edge trade facilitation solutions to companies in China. At CIIE 2021, Cotecna signed a strategic collaboration agreement with an important trading company and signed a tripartite agreement with two local companies on 6 November, all witnessed by government officials from Shanghai Municipality.

Achieving win-win collaborations

On 7 November, Frank Pan, VP of Cotecna North Asia business group, was invited to attend a sharing session for foreign-invested enterprises in Putuo District, hosted by the Shanghai Putuo District Business Committee. Frank shared what Cotecna, as a TIC company, had achieved and what to expect in the future. He exchanged views with other member companies and explored the opportunities for win-win collaborations.

Making Agri-Food safer and more sustainable

As consumers’ concern for the health, hygiene, safety and sustainability of agricultural products and foodstuffs increases significantly, food safety has become a critical point throughout the entire supply chain.

On 8 November, Kaixin Certification, part of the Cotecna Group, held signing and certification award ceremonies for several agricultural and food companies, focusing on FSMS 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP.
